Sridhar Ravilla is a transformational leader and author dedicated to bridging the gap between complex technology and human-centric leadership. With over 25 years of experience in the tech and telecom industries, Sridhar has served as a Chief Transformation Officer, partnering with CEOs and Boards of Directors to turn high-level strategy into measurable, real-world outcomes.
Throughout his career at global enterprises like Tech Mahindra and AT&T, Sridhar has led massive organizational shifts—managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and scaling delivery teams of over 1500 engineers. Whether driving AI-led transformations that achieved 35% cost reductions or streamlining global operating models, his work is defined by "execution credibility". He believes that while technology like Cloud and AI provides the engine for change, it is the human systems, ethics, and culture that actually steer the ship. Sridhar’s debut book, Transformation That Lands: A leadership playbook for the digital age, encapsulates his philosophy, "Intelligence scales automatically. Leadership doesn't". He argues that for any digital transformation to be sustainable, it must prioritize human engagement and operational discipline over technical scaling alone.
An honors MBA graduate of the Jack Welch Management Institute and an alumnus of the MIT Sloan Executive Program for Artificial Intelligence, Sridhar brings a unique blend of academic rigor and "in-the-trenches" experience to his writing. Sridhar lives in the Dallas area with his wife and two teenage sons. When he isn’t advising global firms or writing, he can usually be found at a local football field, cheering on his boys and drawing inspiration from the teamwork and perseverance that define the sport, and great leadership.
